Incentives - again

A true performer is driven by his passion for duty - not the fear of losing or gaining carrot at the end of the stick. How then to reward such a performer? Because, he definitely doesn't work for that carrot...or does he?

You expect your readers to fill the article for you. Huh? Nice try :-).

A true performer will have a totally internalized reward system. How do you reward such a true peformer - by not standing in his way, by enabling external circumstances to be more favorable for his performance, by empowering the performer.

Did I miss anything? I think that is all I need ;)
